The Lean
Manufacturing Workshop is conducted over a period of 5 days
Dedicated cross-
functional teams are formed with your people, the basic
concepts are shared and the objectives which need to be met
at the end of the workshop are crystallized.
Teams along with the
consultants work on the shop floor. They are able to
'SEE'
and
‘OBSERVE’ value added and
non-value added activities / time. Subsequently they are
able to reconfigure the material flow and information flow
to achieve one-piece flow, pull manufacturing having
substantially reduced throughput time and lowered
inventories.
Subsequently teams are empowered to
suggest, discuss and implement the most effective changes on
an immediate basis.
